It depends on the trip—some include flights, others don’t. Please check the details of your chosen experience for clarity. We’re happy to help you find exclusive flight deals where possible, but bookings are made separately. -
We’ll guide you on the exact arrival and departure airports once your spot is confirmed. This info is always included in your trip guide.

Yes—at both the start and end of your trip.
Transfers are arranged from the airport to our selected hotels and back again. If you're arriving early or staying later, we’ll try to accommodate you up to 2 days outside of the official tour dates. -
Where possible, yes.
We aim to offer individual rooms as standard on our private and solo group trips. In some cases, this may depend on hotel availability or the style of accommodation. If private rooms aren’t available, you’ll always be informed before booking. -
Absolutely.
We can help you book extra nights at our arrival/departure hotel for up to 2 days before or after your trip. For longer stays, we’ll point you in the right direction. -
For our solo group trips, not at all!
Our solo group experiences are made for independent travellers. Most of our guests come solo, so you're guaranteed to meet others in the same boat (or plane, or tuk tuk...).

Just head to the Private Groups or Solo Travel page, fill out the enquiry form, and we’ll be in touch to confirm availability and next steps. Once you're ready, we'll send over your booking contract and payment link. -
Deposit amounts vary depending on the trip. You'll find the deposit amount listed on the individual trip pages.

Once you sign the contract and confirm your booking, the deposit is non-refundable. This is because we begin committing to accommodation, experiences, and suppliers on your behalf. -
Yes.
We can split your balance into even monthly payments, or set it up so you can chip away at your own pace. Let us know what works for you. -
Yes.Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies—we’ll do our best to make sure you’re taken care of. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
